Last fall we contacted Stan Rolle to help us find property in the Venice area to build
a house. He was very patient and flexible. We changed our minds twice about whether
we wanted to buy a house or just a lot. He accommodated us by providing
listings on both. Well, we finally decided on a lot. Then, since wee are not
located in Venice, he even sent us digital pictures of the Internet of one
of the lots in the area we were interested in.
Once Stan arranged for
settlement on the lot, he referred us to a number of homebuilders that could
